Christmas cards
My journal entry for 12/3: Dear Friends and Family, As you know I haven't sent Christmas cards in many years. While I was teaching, I found it difficult to get them out on time. Many of you have been faithful in continuing to send us cards without any reciprocation on my part. This is my 6th year of retirement, I've had 2 back surgeries and I have run out of excuses. DD taught a class on Christmas card making recently and I feel motivated to make a FEW cards to send out this year. If you are among the in town friends and family, you will probably not receive one this year. Hey, it's a start!

Hey Barbara. I do not know much about blogging, but it's great to read what you wrote...and to follow as you write more. I'm not sure if this comment will make its way back to you, but if it does, Happy Belated Birthday. Looking forward to more postings.
